Precision in the Pressure Zone. This specialized workshop is meticulously designed to bridge the gap between clinical trauma protocols and technical rescue logistics. Coordinated by two Emergency Medicine physicians working in tandem with professional firefighters from ISU Mureș, the session offers a deep dive into the complexities of prehospital care for victims trapped in a crushed vehicle.
The experience begins with a high-impact, focused theoretical briefing where we establish the medical framework and the specific safety protocols required on a rescue scene. Immediately following, participants transition to the training plateau for intensive hands-on practice. With only 10 seats available per series, the interaction is highly dedicated and team-centric, ensuring every participant is actively involved in the decision-making process.
The workshop focuses on the tactical integration between medical and technical rescue teams. Working inside real vehicle wrecks, you will learn to manage airway interventions, control catastrophic bleeding, and stabilize a critical patient while hydraulic tools are operating in close proximity. In these confined and dangerous environments, where every centimeter of space matters, you will learn to prioritize clinical steps while coordinating with firefighters to execute safe and rapid extractions. This is an exercise in teamwork, strategic positioning, and clinical resilience under real-world prehospital constraints.
